Therapies
Sports Massage
Do you carry tension in your neck, shoulders, back or legs? I use sports massage techniques to work deeper into the muscles to help release the tension so you 'feel' like you have had a massage.
Scar Massage
Focusing on scar tissue from a C-section or from a trauma can help to break up the scar adhesions which can encourage blood flow and allow the scar to heal fully, which may help you to feel 'normal' again.
(Scars must be at least 8 weeks old)
Pregnancy Massage
Are you in your second or third trimester? Massage therapy may help to ease tight shoulders, sciatic pain or back pain during your pregnancy.
EMMETT Therapy
This is a 'light touch' body Therapy which focuses on using soft pressure to release the muscles, reduce pain and improve flexibility. This therapy also works very well with Sports Massage.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available to buy online, you also have the option to send the certificate to yourself, so you can print it and add the certificate to a card or you can email the gift certificate directly to the recipient.
Gift Certificates must be used within 12 months of purchase
Online Booking
Have the flexibility to view my availability, reschedule and cancel appointments online. Once you have booked your appointment you will receive an email confirmation, on there you will be able reschedule or cancel your appointment if you need to.
A £25 cancelation fee may apply if the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment, as you can appreciate I have made time for you to see me and so I will require at least 48 hours notice to allow for another client to book the now available time slot.
